Lack of logic with the VIP host service

I am a VIP53 platinum member, all achieved in less than a year, with monthly wagers that usually exceed $100K and have sometimes been over $400K. Despite this, I have not yet been granted a VIP Host. I don't understand it, I have more than met the requirements for months. Some friends got it at lower levels and with half the wager. I think it's completely unfair. I contact support and the answer is always the same, that I will receive an invitation as soon as the VIP service deems it appropriate. But this never happens. I don't know what else I can do now.
